I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were a great value, with three beds and a large bathroom, making it very comfortable. The service, from the front desk to the waiters, was excellent, offering dry cleaning, laundry, and a free airport shuttle. The location was fantastic, right by the Arkansas river and close to the Century 11 Concert Hall. The dining experience was delightful, with a variety of selections on the mezzanine level. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and modern with large bathrooms and beautiful views, making it a great value overall. The service, however, had some minor hiccups from the front desk to the waiters. The location was excellent, right next to a lovely river walk that provided a relaxing atmosphere, but the shuttle back to the airport could be more convenient. The dining options were decent with varied selections, especially on the mezzanine level for a delightful experience. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
